Ms. Maha Hijab Sikandar is a Lecturer at the University of Management and Technology. Her area of interest is promoting a communicative approach to English language teaching with a major emphasis on developing e-learning resources for the development of the English Language She is a highly motivated and self-reliant individual. Her core objective is to motivate her students to develop their language learning interests and critical thinking---to establish a learner-centered environment. She has a strong sense of responsibility and a wish to perform 100% at all times. She is an energetic and creative individual who enjoys learning about new technology and the ways it can be used to help her students work more effectively. She has a logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things from different perspectives.
